Change Academy
Diagnose resistance that spans teams, layers, and sites — and choose the right organisational intervention before it becomes a programme blocker.
Managing a resistant individual is a practitioner skill. Managing resistance that has spread across an organisation is a different capability entirely — and one that most change management training does not address. This course teaches you to recognise when resistance has shifted from individual to systemic, to classify it into one of four organisational patterns, and to select and sequence the right intervention from the Kotter–Schlesinger framework. You will work through a realistic finance transformation scenario — diagnosing pattern drift in real time, advising a steering committee under uncertainty, and making escalation decisions with incomplete information. Designed for experienced Change Managers who have already completed foundational resistance management training, this course builds the diagnostic and strategic capability needed to manage resistance at programme scale.
